Edwin is a highly experienced operations professional with over 25 years’ experience in construction, mining, building, and oil & gas. His expertise spans safety systems, subcontractor management, project management, and large-scale project delivery.
He has considerable experience in management roles across numerous major infrastructure and resource projects across Australia, consistently delivering strong outcomes through leadership, planning and collaboration.

Todd Williams is the Founder and Director of TW Civil Pty Ltd, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in pipelaying, stormwater and drainage, and water mains installation. He specialises in supervising civil crews and managing day-to-day site operations, consistently delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across both major infrastructure projects and smaller civil works.
Known for his practical approach, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Todd effectively coordinates resources and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and project performance.
